To address these challenges, Trident Limited decided to implement a comprehensive Land Asset Management System (LAMS) to digitize, centralize, and streamline their land management operations.

LAMS Modules Implemented for Trident

CyberSWIFT implemented a customized Land Asset Management System (LAMS) designed specifically for Trident Limited’s business requirements. The solution enabled seamless integration of land records, GIS maps, lease management, and survey operations under one unified platform.

• Dashboard: A comprehensive dashboard was developed to provide real-time visibility into the company’s land assets across locations, showing total land status (owned and leased), state-wise distribution for Punjab and Madhya Pradesh, company-wise allocation for textiles and paper divisions, and a composite view combining all land-related KPIs in one place.


• GIS Map: An interactive GIS-based map interface was integrated to visualize and analyze land parcels, featuring plot and village boundaries with cadastral overlays, property and asset locations such as plants and warehouses, real-time measurement tools for area and distance, and advanced query options for searching by survey number, village, or property ID.


• Land Management: A centralized repository was created to manage all land-related data and documents, including total land area, purchase details, registered deeds, valuation records, and digitized legal documents for easy access and financial planning.


• Lease Management: An efficient system was developed to manage leased land assets and payment schedules, featuring a lease agreement repository, automated payment tracking, renewal alerts, and real-time status reports for compliance and continuity.


• Survey Management: A streamlined system was implemented for managing land surveys and field verification, enabling task assignment, in-platform survey approvals, and structured data management through hierarchical mapping from state to location.
