Client & Project Introduction

Kerala Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (KINFRA), was set up by an Act of the State Legislature in February 1993, aiming at accelerating the industrial development of the State by providing infrastructure facilities to industries. KINFRA’s thrust has been to facilitate the development of industrial infrastructure in the State, and as such it has successfully completed more than two decades of excellence in this field. KINFRA has successfully completed over the past 25 years, 24 theme based Industrial Parks in Kerala in areas such as garments, infotainment, marine/seafood, rubber, exports, food processing etc.

In line with the Government's decision to have a common platform for the allotment of land under various promotional agencies like KINFRA, KSIDC (Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation), Directorate of Industries and Commerce (DIC), Kerala Small Industries Development Corporation Limited (SIDCO), KINFRA proposes to make the land allotment process of the promotional agencies more transparent and investor-friendly through a portal based online system where all processes such as submission of applications, payments, and allotments can be automated.


Our Solution

A web portal-based Land Allotment System that will cater to vacant Landbank of promotional agencies like KINFRA, KSIDC, DIC, and SIDCO. Android-based mobile App for concerned KINFRA officials only for demarcation of their plots/parcels/boundaries. The software was hosted in the State Data server provided by Authority.

Project Outcomes & Results

  • Applicants can do Online Registration, Profile Building, and make Online Payments for Land fees.
  • Applicant’s approval process flow can be handled through the Automated Land Allotment System portal.
  • Review of Application and Approval by the KINFRA team.
  • Payment gateway, SMS Server for SMS notification, and Email server for Email Notification were integrated into the software system.
  • Automatic approval of certificate generation.
  • Uploading of documents and storage in a central data server.
  • Alerts on payment clearance of the pending dues.
